EXHIBITION PROJECT EXECUTIVES

Protemp Exhibitions Sdn. Bhd., an ISO 9001:2000 certified exhibition company is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Exhibition Project Executives.

Responsibilities
• Reports to the Project Manager
• Execution of project management at all stages of the project.
• Liaise with supporting organizations, media, sponsors, exhibitors, and all
• stakeholders of the project.
• Marketing and Sales of exhibition projects
• Provide information to client and maintain close follow up
• Execute A&P plans, monitor production of A&P materials
• Onsite management of project
• Project administration

Requirements
• Fluent spoken and written English is a pre-requisite
• Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
• Graduate of a business/marketing diploma/degree
• Good marketing/sales perspective
• Able to generate sales lead, follow up with client, up to closing of sale.
• Confident and assertive
• Works independently, diligently and within tight datelines
