ACCOUNT CUM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Protemp Exhibitions Sdn. Bhd., an ISO 9001:2000 certified trade exhibition company is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Account Cum Administrative Assistant .

Responsibilities
• Reports to Group General Manager
• Assist in handling and preparing full set accounts up to balance sheet
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and statement of accounts
• Prepare invoices and payment vouchers
• Collection of payments
• Co-ordination with suppliers and clients requirements
• General upkeep of the office, other related aspects of administration work

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience, although graduates are encouraged
to apply
• Graduate with Accounting course
• Preferably female candidate
• Works independently, diligently and within tight datelines
