1. Conference Producer
   As Conference Producer, you will conduct research, meet market players, generate new ideas, initiate research on conference topics, build conference programmes, write conference marketing materials, organise speakers, sponsorship marketing, manage on-site operations and contribute to the development of the company’s portfolio of events.
   
   
2. Exhibition Project Executive
   ▪ Reports to the Project Manager
   ▪ Responsible for project execution of exhibition
   ▪ Involves in co-ordination with project stakeholders
   ▪ Marketing and sales follow up with customers
   
   
3. Conference Project Executive
   ▪ Reports to the Project Manager
   ▪ Responsible for project execution of conferences
   ▪ Involves in co-ordination with project stakeholders
   ▪ Marketing and sales follow up with customers
   
   
4. Account Cum Administrative Assistant
   Responsible to assist in handling and preparing full set accounts up to balance sheet, prepare monthly bank reconciliation and statement of accounts and general upkeep of the office, other related aspects of administration work
